Sometimes I notice my name in the killfeed getting kills when I haven’t shot anyone. Usually that would mean one of my bot squaddies got a kill, but when I’m the only soldier left in my squad and I’m seeing it happen, what’s going on there? Is one of my other squads in use, completely AI controlled?
If you down someone the next person to kill them it will show up on your feed.
OK, but what’s going on when it says that I killed them with an SMG, for example, when I’m carrying a sniper rifle? Does it mean the person who finished them off did so with an SMG?
Yes. The gun that kills the enemy is named but you get the kill because you did 80% of the work
