Ki-94-II: A BR 5 Flexible Attacker Aircraft for Japan

The Ki-94-II Was a prototype high-altitude interceptor that was intended to counter B-29 raids. It was armed with 2 30mm and 2 20mm cannons, had a top speed of 720 km/h, and could carry 2 250kg bombs.

The Ki-94-II can easily be ported from War Thunder to Enlisted. Here are it’s stats: Ki-94-II | War Thunder Wiki

The armament is similar to the Ki-83 in BR 4, but is on a far more maneuverable platform with a larger payload. It has less ordnance than the P-47D-28 and Dornier Do 335, but it gets very good climb rate and turn speed to compensate (I’d give it 23m/s climb rate, 17s turn time)

I think Japan needs some attackers and Bombers but i am not that big fan of Pure prototypes,

I think planes like the Kawasaki Ki-45 with bombs i think br2 -3
Kawasaki Ki-102 one version with Bombs after Version Br 3-4,

Mitsubishi Ki-51 with a Bomb could be added as well in low br 1-2

Bombers for Japan
Maybe Mitsubishi Ki-67 Br4
Some (Mitsubishi G4M) Betty Bombers to play normal version Br3? later self-sealing fuel tanks version maybe BR4-5, and i know there is a AI version of the Betty Bomber allready in the Game!
This planes did see historical action!

BRV is land of prototype equipment.

If you don’t like it then play the BRs where they are less present.

Because that logic is irrelevant… Hyde M1944 was added for an assault rifle or STG equivalent and it never passed the lab where it MIGHT have been built or conceived.

It’s a beautiful aircraft no doubt. But I would rather go on a route which brings bombers/heavy fighters for attackers. It may be argued that there were single-engine fighters that excelled at ground attack in operational use and make sense as attackers: P-47, Typhoon, Fw 190, maybe others. But really isn’t the case for the Japanese.
For a late attacker I support the B7A (800kg bomb) or something twin-engined, not this. I understand people would like the added firepower of 30mm on a fighter, and balancing ground attack via giving Japan two simultaneous fighters - but B7A has good instantaneous turn and may be a good dogfighter, especially if they give it a little buff like other Japanese aircraft ingame.

For me are Prototypes more a emergency solution!
I think Enlisted should first harvest the Historical stuff first, i think in Enlisted in most BR have now prototypes in it!
If a Kawasaki Ki-102 in BR4 and a Mitsubishi Ki-67 in BR4, Br 4 Vehycles will most likely end in BR 5 relative often!

Prototypes are historical stuff.

But didnt really see combat that makes them usually much less historical!
