Just wanted to say

I got this game about a week ago and I just wanted to say that Enlisted is pretty much everything I’ve ever wanted from a WW2 shooter. The maps, guns, weapons, vehicles, planes, uniforms, atmosphere, everything; its all so immersive and awesome. I always wanted a WW2 sandbox shooter, and Enlisted was the game that finally scratched that itch.

Battlefield 1 was my first “historical” shooter and got me into really delving into the history of these conflicts and obviously WW2 was the next one in line. I was excited at first when they announced Battlefield V, thinking that finally we were going to get a modern AAA WW2 shooter. I even started playing Call of Duty WWII in the meantime to hold myself over. Then Battlefield V came out and lets just say it was a sorry excuse for a WW2 game. Don’t get me started on the myriad of problems and controversies it had. Battlefield V and CoD were definitely fun and I enjoyed them, but they never really had what I was looking for.

Then I finally heard about Enlisted in 2021 when they revealed the Battle of Berlin. I didn’t know every detail about the game, but what little gameplay I saw immediately caught my attention and I raced onto the game’s website to learn more. Finally an immersive WW2 shooter I thought! However for one reason or another I never got around to getting it until I finally did last week. And I’m in love with this game. I remember how poorly I was the first few matches, but I quickly got the hang of it and I love the gameplay and mechanics. I can not stress how much fun I’m having.

Obviously Enlisted isn’t a perfect game but it’s everything I’ve ever wanted from a WW2 sandbox shooter and I honestly couldn’t be more happy; and I hope it continues to grow and develop. Seriously thank you Gaijin and Darkflow, keep up the good work. : )

After a month you guys get divorced. She gets your house, the dog, your free time and your money and you spend the rest of the time sitting in a bar (secretly owned by her) with her thousands ex men and complain about the nasty witch and secretly hopes that she will change.

Eventually you buy a rope.

Anyway the last time I had WW2 feelings was old CBT (and firsr Stalingrad Release weeks).

Then I met the Jumbo.

Lol, perfectly put. I loved the hell out of this game at first, now I feel so sad because of the destroyed potential of the game because of incompetent devs

I’m a bit more optimistic given the game is in beta, and so anything can technically change. Gaijin gets shit wrong all the time, but if WT is anything to go by, it can take them years to eradicate the cancer the set in place through shortsightedness. The optimistic part is that they can eventually get it right.

Don’t you know a pusher gives you a few free hits to get you addicted? And then the hit boxes start shrinking, the A.I know exactly where you are (even at 180o in cover), bombs fall from non-existant planes to smash your tank, and all your bullets have magentic tips in reverse polarity… and of course if you don’t pay for more fixes then Sergei and Yuri will speak to you personally!

You’re the first person who hasn’t called WT complete shit. I don’t have high hopes for the game since it seems they are purposely fucking this game
