Just unlocked the M10 on Normandy, tried it out on the practice range and the AP round and 76mm gun are pretty impressive so far.
Of course no Panthers on the practice range…
Looking forward to trying it in battle, I know it’s a glass cannon so any suggestions on how to use it best ???
Yeah.
Place your tank wisely.
Go only against enemy tanks
Fire when you know you will be able to either kill it with a single shot, or have the second one ready befor the enemy even shots back.
Keep your distance.
Forget about the turret MG on it for now. Focus on your position and the way you ambush.
If you want to play with M10, focus only on tank VS tank imo.
Want to suport your inf/do some tank damage, pick another tank squad.
And above all. Use the sounds, I can hear a enemy tank on my headsets shooting or moving on a long long distance. Play with it in mind.
do as he said @Shiivex is the best way I would just like to add aim the turret you can disable it with a shoot and then finish it
Its a lot zippier than it is in WT which surprised me a lot
76 has always been alright vs PzIVs so there’s no surprise there
Nice to nuke rat cars as well
only enemy to this tank is sloped maps which taking out commander easy [makes you a sitting duck] but its best at its job and its destroying tanks.
