Just have Tried How This Update would affect Newcomers

Well since Many users said this new Bolt action Update will affect good for Newcomers, I’ve decided to try some, to see how much it would affect. so I’ve set my squad to basic condition, (Not the level though) Tried some matches, and Here is the Result.

And yes, Definitely Bolt-actions are better than before. I mostly used them while storming the sites, and they did their job well as it should be. I surely can say Now it was better than AVS, It even could One-shot kill an enemy behind the Wooden house at close range. It is really good now, but not as PPSh though. PPSh is still the king of Moscow Infantries, It just messes up all.

Also after the Bolt-Action Buff, Clearly there are more Campers than before now. Useless, Usually scores 8-10 at team, and saying “Stupid team why we lose”. this is one of the worst Side Effects of this update. There always were those useless Campers at game, But not as this much. Despite they could storm sites and capture, I still can’t Understand why those Campers snipe with Scopeless Gewehr 33/40, and whining why we lose. I surely can say there are countless Morons who never learn, Camping with basic rifles far back and Being a burden on the whole team.

Although I partially Like this update and It surely would be useful for Newcomers at some point, but there should be a way to prevent the entire team Camping back with Basic stock Rifles. It could be Damage Reduction by Distance for basic rifles (not scoped ones), Some more Motivation Like Additional Points for capturing Points and Etc.

To late for this, smg and semi-auto now have their damage boosted

  • 5 :star: mp40 have the same damage of a stock stg 8

  • semi-auto 5 :star: 16 of damage ec…

The situation is reverted in a day

I actually played it after the update. Also for correction, Not all Semi- Autos got buffed, ZH-29 had. I think it’s because the brought the Stalingrad data for it though.

not all semis… it’s random…

The svt38 and 40 have different damages, the 40 can reach 15.8.

the g43 still is maxed at 14.4…

Wait. it’s just the svt40 that received a boost. Maybe to make it different compared to the 38?

I fear tbe experiment isn’t a lot valid because you aren’t a new player, you know how to play, where to go, form where you’re being shoot, etc.

That’s why when a new campaign is launched there are still a creeping difference between veterans and real newbies. I think most of us have played a match on a campaign we almost don’t play (Stalingrad on my case) and still got the first scores.

@Euthymia07 confirmed are the stalingrad hidden stats wo now are public

Is more ligther

Nah i just think it happend cuz they brought the data from stalingrad. Mostly nothing happened at normandy.

I hope the same

And i’m very sure it will be.

uh… mp40 is indeed powerful.

Why am I using the Kiraly again?

Idk wy

Shocking. Absolutely shocking. Who knew buffing the weapon that is meant for close-mid range use and also coincidently newcomers start with would improve newcomer experience while not encouraging sniping too much?

It’s funny because people complain about a lack of players and wonder why new players don’t stay  but when an update that helps them happens everyone goes berserk “my money and time!”

The increase of snipers does not help the Newbies at all. They will uninstall the game after realizing that no one is going to the point.

This game is not the main focus of death match mode. A game that takes over points by pushing the line. The speed at which newbies upgrade semi-auto from bolt action is not slow. They’ll soon find a bunch of snipers who don’t leave at the spawn point.

You know that defenders literally win 9/10 times by reducing the attacker tickets to zero?
