So basically I just want to know what it will look like and more crucially when it will be implemented?
Also I am thinking of getting a premium account, so should I wait after this system is implemented or it doesn’t matter.

At the end of this month perhaps? Maybe with the end of this Paratrooper event that lasts till the end of this month.
Yeah I am thinking of waiting for the new system and then buying the premium.
If I were to guess I’d say the new system won’t come in until after the current event and current Battle pass, which would be about a month and a week or 2, but not at the end of this month I don’t think.
Could be, though I think I remember reading in the log something about rushing to take these (and other) troops before the new system. I am just worried that if I take the premium now, something will complicate it’s self with the introduction of the new system.
the battlepass still has 41 days left, so I would guess the update is not gonna hit before we have a new battlepass
Not sure about battlepass, but I hope the update is planned after the end of the current event. Lest some people get screwed up by losing a day due to download time.
Depends on what you feel the update will bring, if you believe the update will make the game more generous, probably best to wait, however if you believe the game will make grinding more difficult, then perhaps best to get as much stuff as you can now before that happens
