well, i reckon you wont see that many players driving around in the thing. at campaign level 31, you will play maybe 10-15 more games max before you have nothing else to unlock and go to another campaign (unless you are a psychopath).
the difference between level 20 and 31 is rather large aswell, and it seems kinda shitty to have to unlock 11 more levels to be able to pen the jumbo
now the problem is jumbo is gonna be extremely infective against the panther .
but if you give a decent type of ammo at the jumbo for performing better it would be too much effective vs lower tier tanks.
the objective is 40 level im speaking for the futurte, now the panthers will be very few.
(all of this if the panther have good ammo too obviously)
if we consider the statistics, phanter A does not even penetrate it from the front
