Slow auto or fast tap semi-auto is what I do. Unless I’m close quarters.

Devs don’t understand LMGs sadly and that’s why it looks like this.
And they refuse to improve this.

After comparison, I found that this LMG is actually a good one, I just haven’t used this method to observe the spread of others weapons

This may be your problem.

Mounting is so broken that, in several circumstances, I’ve found that mounting while standing or crouching actually INCREASES dispersion.

Try again while not mounted.

Yes.
Mount only when prone. (Good luck with grass.)
