The
Yokosuka P1Y Ginga (銀河, galaxy) is a twin-engine, land-based
bomber developed for the
Japanese Imperial Navy in World War II. It was the successor to the
Mitsubishi G4M and given the
Allied reporting name Frances .
We need to motivated Enlisted to make this happen. Over 1000 was built. This is the tier 5 bomber Japan needs.

The P1Y1 would be the best option for a japanese ground pounder at BR IV or V. It can Carry two 500kgs, has dive brakes, it’s quite fast and is pretty well defended by two 20mm turrets.

I will say this plane worth br4 instead of 5. It only has 1000kg of bomb. Which is less than the 1500kg of bomb for other br5 bombers. It also has no pilot controlled armaments.
