Ive paid 50$ for this game , in my country i can buy 2 Red Dead Redemption 2 with these money ,more than 10 RO2, how can this game compare with Red Dead Redemption 2 and RO2???
You did not have to pay 50$, that is for the combined pack. 30$ was also an option and waiting until OBT to play for free was another option.
But he paid the game, and he can’t refund even if this game might be way worse than his expectation.

You agreed with the terms of service. That was your choice. Sorry, it is as it is. They say no refunds once you installed and played, so no refunds.
That does NOT mean that I do not agree that the game has serious issues, as I do agree with that, but this is not the way to solve them.
FOR long i played this game, i think BERLIN is the best, 1 shoot 1 kill,but you know, this is getting worse i just want the designer can return these advantage so i can tell my friend, when i said this game to my friends, explain the game,they told me, how dumb game you played

There are players that bought the kickstarter stuff in 2016 (costing 40$+) in addition to your 50$, so would they have more say than you about what direction the game goes in?

The fact that you have access to this forums means that you are a customer / player that owns the game.
Saying that you paid money and as such people should listen to you is just entitled behaviour.
