invasion of Sicily, Continental Italy to the North (with a special mention of Monte Castelo 
), although there is already a good amount and I believe that the Pacific is more awaited, but the addition would be nice (and it would at least put a little bit of Brazil in this game )

There would be nothing new in Italian campaign, soo i dont think we will ever get it.

Let me fix that:
An Italian campaign would probably have a lot of common filler weapons, along with few unique additions. So, although it would require a lower effort from the Devs, they will need to come out with some side feature making it unique (aside from the maps), like they tried in Tunisia and Stalingrad.
On the other hand, a Pacific campaign featuring a (supposedly) completely new faction is much more hyped, and pretty much guaranteed to come at some point. Not to mention that on April 1st they already showed the 3D model of a Japanese SMG.

And those would be premiums, with only ctrl+c ctrl+v in normal campaign.

First they have to polish all the campaigns we have in the game right now, adding a new campaign will make stuff more complicated
