So can we address how we can instantly end matches in some cases when defenders can’t get their stuff together or can we swap it around so it’s just not Germans constantly on the defence.

It seems you are wrong and axis plays as much defense as offense, as usual like all factions.
Only match I played yesterday (I’m really busy, 1 is plenty), Axis attacked in the Ardennes, while I watched from above in my Tempest, hunting the poor G6s, G10s and G14s they threw at me in vain.
(Tempest best fighter, period.)

IDK how to say this without making it seem like a conspiracy theory, but it did feel as if Axis somehow always got the harder objectives.
It might as well just be my infamous luck or having braindead teammates makes all objectives feel hard.
Either way, its not really defense or attack that causes recent German loss streak.
Its a playerbase issues as always.

I don’t know what’s wrong with my luck then cause I rarely get back-to-back attacker missions and I mostly get defense and the occasional conquest and the curse of train mode.
Try playing Allies then? If you want to attack.

Like Veekay45 suggested, when in a stroke of bad luck, what I do is switch factions. Often works.
It pays to like them all 
Speaking of -i don’t want to make this sound like a conspiracy theory- things… is the german APC slower than the others or is my imagination? The soviet truck feels really fast, the Jap too, but not that much.

The German APC are much slower then the Russian ones I climbed to the top of the mountain in the back of the shooting range with the Soviet 1 the German one can barely do that stuff.

They need to give us an option where we can grind XP no matter which faction you play so gives people the freedom to play other factions.

F2P player here so I don’t exactly wanna go grind on the other side and I’ve already had to make a second account so I don’t need more Grinding in my life.
But… we already get xp no matter which faction we play?
You mean a bonus xp to choose the “any faction” option?
No I’m talking about if I play that particular faction I want to send the XP wherever I want it instead of just playing for that faction.
The reason that it feels like that is because it IS.
Germans play defense on more maps overall than what they attack or are neutral (Confrontation/ Conquest).
I’ve been working on my Soviet line as of late and its almost non-stop offense, so much so that I barely have any defense type squads equipped, (which for those that know me are aware that is NOT the case normally).
I even outfitted a few of my squads with TNT rather than mines so that I can punch through defenses quickly (if it were even necessary at this point).
From what my group has been experiencing, we are pushing through every game of offense with ease, as there are little to no defenses set up at all! Why? Because Defenders don’t even get an opportunity to set up!
The fact that the grey zone changes for attackers IMMEDIATELY, letting them run to the next objective upon capturing the previous one, is ridiculous. In MOST cases, we are making it to the objective BEFORE the defenders are able to, let alone them having time to build defenses.
If the greyzone were to not allow attackers forward immediately, it would greatly help gameplay.

At this point Reaper I’d say in your absence and with what’s happened the devs do not care about the defenders all they care about is fast-paced lunacy that we’re now stuck in.
And I would say that having had conversations with some of the testers, moderators, etc, that some of the devs have their priorities set on the fast-paced gameplay, yes.
But NOT ALL of them. From the hints that I have heard and whatnot, it seems there are some changes coming down the pipeline that will benefit us and our playstyles, but they aren’t openly talked about as much because, well let’s face it, look at the reactions that a lot of players have just when WE talk about it.
Those in favor of fast-paced, CoD type gameplay tend to be the most vocal. If they were to come out and openly say they intend to make those changes, they would just be faced with a lot of whining and backlash from the vocal players.
So they don’t say it. But i can 100% guarantee that they ARE listening, and they ARE working on changes. It may not be the fastest time putting it out, but I suspect that is because they are trying make things work as smoothly as they can before they release it.
Look at HMGs for example:
I was there for the discussions. They listened to suggestions and feedbacks. Despite the number of players that said “oh they’ll never put it in”, They DID. It took them a while but they wanted to make sure they were implemented well, not in a rushed manner.
Give it time. Participate civilly in discussions. I promise you the changes will come.

That’s good and all but the question is can most of our defender type players last long enough before they quit the game with how much madness is going on right now I can’t exactly blame them for leaving.
Honestly, I think once the changes are made a lot of those players will come back to the game. Perhaps not all, but a good majority likely will.
You also have to account for game burn-out and dissatisfaction with the merge. Perhaps some time away from the game will help those players enjoy it more when they come back, rather than going straight into it.

That’s true but right now this game from what everyone keeps saying is on life support so I don’t think most of our defender players leaving will be a good thing
Rather than being strictly pessimistic and toxicly complaining about it, I recommend you put your efforts into civilly discussing the topics. Though the others aren’t as vocal as you and I, they ARE around, and they do weigh in on likes.
Complaining about not being heard doesn’t really help.
You know what has been PROVEN to work though? Actually discussing the topics in a meaningful way.

I understand what you’re saying but we tried that option and it failed miserably look at your old account with all of its posts for defender stuff none of it really ever got through and we didn’t even get the stackable sandbags back
