As I know，this year，there are not many FPS game will be published. Such as Cod 、battlefield and other WWII games.
And an old game HG which is similar to Enlisted is over.
Then it is a good chance to raise more new players. Then you could know why the DF will take this update.

But why does no one trust TLM? I mean they also worked in games though they never bother to tell us what exactly and made ONE game on their own (some weird child game) which got removed from Steam.

If Kickstarter worked. Rn it’s on a standstill, hasn’t really gone up in more than a week.
They “promised” if that works, that they’d release hg2 in 2024, with some playable demo end of this year.
But the community hates tlm. And who can blame them? Buy the game, make false promises, only release battle passes with ridiculous unlocks, break promises, decides to SHUT DOWN the game, CONTINUE selling battle passes 
, requires millions from the community they JUST fu*** over without promising any candy for old veterans hg1 players…
Kickstarter will never take off. Maybe hg2 will be, but if that is, it will be from tlm pockets, not from another community scam…

Players could found a game which is similar to hg to have a good time. A free game which is called “Enlisted”maybe a good choice.
And I have other evidence to prove that this update is decided recently.
A evidence is that they give Tunisia a team which is equipped
with Owen mk1. Players could get it by gold.
but players also could get it by silver order in Pacific. It maybe a small mistake，but I could think that DF make this update to raise more players who may want to find a WWII game.

No it is not a mistake it is intentional. There are plenty of weapon and vehicle that is premium in one campaign but not premium in other campaign. For example gewehr41 is premium in Normandy but it is a campaign weapon in other campaign. Other example are Johnson 1941, beretta m1918, browning m1918 and other more.

No, I didn’t play h&g but I watched videos about it and enlisted will never be that way. H&g was a failure from the start, it was 2015 game with 2003 era graphics that nobody wanted to play
