Is this a discriminatory name?

I apologize for bringing up a somewhat somber topic.
There was a person with this name.

When I translated it using Google Translate, it came out as “Japan’s unconditional surrender in 1945”. Is this a statement that incites Japan?
Seeing the name translated, I felt a little conflicted as a Japanese person.

Seriously dude, you’re playing a video game about the most destructive conflict in history in which your country committed some of the worst atrocities and you’re offended over this?

I’m not denying history, and I’m not angry, but some people might feel uncomfortable seeing this.

Was the education you received in Japan from your early childhood like this? :
Japan invited Europeans and Americans to carry out the Meiji Restoration.
During World War I, as supporters of Britain and France, you were forced to take over the colonies in East Asia that the Russians had held. During World War II, the Soviet Union initially supported you through a mutual defense treaty, but later betrayed you.
The British, the French, the Chinese and the Americans are pleading with you to take over the management of the territories and people in East Asia, Southeast Asia and the Pacific.
Japan merely followed the actions of France and Germany during World War I, and as a result, it developed and extensively used mustard gas, biological viruses, and insect pestilence weapons during World War II.
Japan has never carried out any act of massacring civilians in East Asia or Southeast Asia.
Japan never engaged in the harsh practice of discriminating against all women (including Japanese civilian women) by forcing them to serve as “comfort women” during the Second World War.
Japan was more aware than Germany that it was the Japanese navy that led to Japan being forced to enter into a conditional peace with the Allied powers (rather than the unconditional surrender resulting from defeat).
So it was the betrayal of the Japanese navy and the Japanese government that led to Japan’s failure.
The Japanese army and the Japanese people never supported the failure of World War II.
Just like Germany after World War I, you are extremely resentful and eager to carry out retaliatory actions.
Is that so?
Are you and your fellow citizens like this?

PS:If you consider the term you proposed to be disgraceful, I believe you should first take concrete actions to drive away those Americans who have been building military bases, stationing soldiers, tanks, aircraft, missiles and enjoying privileges in your country since 1945.
Are they the ones who are the greatest insult to sovereign states?

PS:
If permitted, we would greatly appreciate it if you could share with us any plans for actions that Japan might undertake regarding Sakhalin Island, the Northern Territories, Midway Island, Hawaii, Qingdao, as well as the US troops stationed in Japan and the Philippines.

The people who are uncomfortable over this should probably be playing something else that isn’t about world war 2.

Sometimes I also come across some blatant offensive content in other players’ IDs. However, the internet is so vast and there are so many people. If I keep paying attention to this person and ruin my mood for the whole day, then I’m the one who loses. As long as he doesn’t curse in the chat, I don’t care about him.
However, the issue of historical disputes is very difficult to resolve. The Japanese government has not been sincere in apologizing to those war victims. And now this lingering problem may eventually lead people to once again get involved in war. This should not be the case as it would burden the ordinary people who are trying to live their lives peacefully.

Bro, I’ve seen way shittier and more annoying names than that one. At the end of the day, you just gotta accept it and move on.
This is an Eastern European game, so neither the developers nor the forum really understand the Japanese meta.

Its historically accurate  and you have seen nothing offensive really there is plenty worse to see in the past games like Heroes and Generals people could name their weapons that they can kill you with you cant imagine the names of their weapons my US soldiers got names like ‘‘you have been liberated’’ and my German ones or Russian ones you really dont wanna know xD

As a Canadian Chinese person, this is honestly one of the least offensive names out there ( I wouldn’t even be offended with such a statement, plus I don’t consider this name to be offensive. It’s a historical event, but one that brings an end to a conflict. Am I to be mad about " century of humiliation", or " fall of Hong Kong?" No ). Don’t take it to heart. No one’s gonna do anything in this game, they can’t hurt you sweetie.

There’s ppl with a username straight up A.dolf H.tler. Wonder why those don’t get banned.

Also there’s probably worse Chinese names out there, just saying.

Is this not a historical fact? Must everyone bury their heads in the sand like you, help you cover up your crimes, until you commit them again?
