I saw you can disable those now in the main menue, but is there a way to reenable them?

I tried to create new topic about problem with unused perk points.
Problem is that everytime you levelup soldier, it gives the option to levelup yes, but i think when you levelup. It shows like 1 soldier and another skips my radar somehow…
i have found often, like fully leveled guy with like 12 unused perks each. it didnt notify me somehow. So, this is annyoing, because you never know witch soldier got perks. This why i have to check every soldier often. this takes time. I want to use my time in game, not in menu.
My suggestion is simple… Markers when soldier got points like topic says, but maybe show number of unused perks in squadmenu.
