All the mosin Nagants in game are really slow to cycle. But the obrez version is pretty fast despite reusing animations and being held the same way, so why can’t we have a mosin with the same rpm of the obrez?

A long time ago I saw a video in which a dude shot off a obrez mag in a second and half.
A high rate of fire for a weapon usually means low firepower. The Mosin-Nagant rifle uses 7.62mm full-power rifle cartridges; to achieve a high rate of fire, it would need to use the Italian 6.5mm round-nosed rifle cartridges.
