Is the Type I rifle the "best" bolt action gun for Japan?

Neat gun, but I find the sights to be hard for my old, tired eyes. XD

Although at longer ranges it may be a bit unreliable I think the type 38 rifle is the best because it’s got a blazing rpm.

The Type I, while bolt speed is middle of the pack, it has the fastest reload of any rifle. So it’s pretty good as a general purpose rifle, with decent rpm, good damage and good reload.

I use the Type 99 late just because I can. Pretty sure it has the fastest ADS of rifles too, so the rpm doesn’t matter too much. Plus, I like the sights.
