No. Funny once in a while, but no.
If no one shoots back at you (you got 5mm of armour), and a decent map, then you will get crap ton of kills. But there’s basically 1 or 2 playable maps with that thing so I wouldn’t recommend

Imo more than worth for that price. I just purchased them 2 days ago. I don’t regret it.
They fun providers, nothing more.
Don’t forget they can be used on custom matches.

I bought the bundle with the Calliope and I’ve been having fun with both of them.
The effectiveness depends on your ability to find a good shooting position; if you can get a good shot on enemy positions it can be devastating. Clearing points and wiping squads with the effectiveness of a me110 airstrike is very satisfying. It’s got an mg which is nice, but it’s got the same overheating issue other German tanks have.
Survivability depends on keeping away from infantry and out of sight from tanks, but it can get into some decent hull-down positions thanks to the location and the full rotation capabilities of the rocket launcher. It can knock out some tanks but it’s inconsistent in my experience, for the most part this thing doesn’t last long if there’s armor or aircraft around.
I mainly bought the bundle to add to my Sherman tank collection, but I’ve genuinely enjoyed using the half-track and I’ll be keeping it in my rotation for the foreseeable future.

For grinding XP? Absolutely not.
For being OP and killing people? Nope.
