Is Pacific Storm Event working only for whom plays in Pacific Campaign?
Basically, yes. All tasks are completed within that campaign, though the rewards can be used in others. Hope that makes sense 
Even the Katana sword?
And how many of those swords do we get from the event?
We get just 1 katana. Or you can choose a sword for one of the others too, but just 1 sword total.
