Indeed, at least that part is sorted out. I must partially apologize for my previous post, as it implied that on top of being recycled content, the unit also came completely basic. xD

Tech tree is machine gunner I squad, this new one is machine gunner II squad.

i saw from another post that it have all engineer building like what event/premium squad would have so technically they are better than TT but i cant confirm since i havent got them yet (need 1 more battle for me)
Yep, they have maxed-out upgrades and can build heavy machine guns and all that.
