Is it possible to have no Monatization in Enlisted

I know Gaijin needs to make Money somehow but I don’t exactly want a repeat of War Thunder with Premo Vehicles and Battlepass’ literally all I wanted to say, Thanks

No.

The simple fact that you’re asking this makes it clear you don’t understand how anything works.

No it isn’t - the game is made by Darkflow - not Gaijin, and they need to be paid.

Premium vehicles aren’t a thing (yet) in Enlisted, but battle pass is coming.

Yes, developers do need to earn money, so you cannoy suggest no monetization system at all. However, you can try to influence the devs by suggesting other methods of monetization to replace the current systems.

Sadly, this is Gaijin. Monetisation will only get worse from now on

Dev need a way to earn money. But current way is very unhealthy.

Make the game p2p then

I think even if it’s P2P. They still can sell P2W stuffs…
And use P2P as a “paywall” to divided ppl who paid and not paid in matchmaking, so to prevent hackers affecting those who paid. As game become more popular in future, more hackers will come, so pretty everyone has to pay something to get rid of hackers. (If this game can get that popular and live so long)

At this point, the game’s already dead (imho)
If nothing changes, it’ll get discontinued in a couple of years

we are 3 days close to OBT so I doubt it will be p2p

I think Enlisted will have a good anti-cheat
I’m against p2p because if enlisted stays free, it will attract a lot more players
Devs just need to find a better, less p2w way to sell premium stuff#

First I disagreed with the idea of battlepass @5762269 posted but after some thinking, I will be happy to see it in Enlisted, it’s the only way to prevent p2w

But again, big NO to p2p
I already have 3 friends and 2 family members waiting for the OBT

You can’t make a game free with no monetization.

P2P is not solving it… from such games I played most of them had microtransactions (which some of them were outright P2W as well). One time purchase is not going to keep online game afloat.
The best that can be done is to persuade devs to abandon predatory approach.

Atm the game is practically P2P anyways, or at least pay to have a fair fight.

Aw man. I know Gaijin needs it fun Currency and all that, But the fact of the matter if it becomes how War Thunder is which it I feel is where its going since you know Premium Accounts and Pay To Progress systems are already in the game now Its just… I dunno I feel its gunna make the game just as infuriating as War Thunder. I found the Grind to be simpler then War Thunder which it really is but if I’m just to be outpayed then the Grind instantly becomes pointless to me

IMO it already is

I dunno for me its kinda just one of those things where its fun even when we’re losing I guess It could be infuriating at points but I’m not getting Pilot Sniped straight through my tail so I’m happy :man_shrugging:

It’s more akin to knowing how Germany has a huge advantage for experienced players because “Germany suffers” and their leopards, tigers and panthers have to get downtiered at least 1 tier below of what their capabilities would put them at in any other tech tree. Except it’s not the Germans, it is the premium stuff.
