I dunno, it doesn’t sound right, can say this is the first time I felt unfair like being robbed from a game. I tried purchasing 2 gold boxes, these are what I got
1st try
Doesn’t look unique, the differences between its normal customization variants are too little to none (premium para helmet has net, normal one hasn’t, pants has slight different waist tie from the normal one). Should’ve been filtered out from gold box in the first place and put them in normal customization instead.
2nd try
Ok, these ones look unique, quite like it. Have no problem with this pull.
My question is, if I file a report, is it possible to get my gold back, in return, is to give up all of the items I’ve got, even though I have no problem with the 2nd pull. I felt like these items are not worth the gold at this moment, unfair and the system is not well executed at all.
