Isn’t it possible to send complaints ?

So I’ve send complaints over and over again, but the operator doesn’t seem to be dealing with it properly.

Let me give you an example.
Users of Normandy’s German army may remember a user nicknamed of “”“Shouwa”""

This user(shouwa) has no hesitation in killing the team with a flame thrower and he is very happy.

it’s not once or twice that he’s been seen doing that. I will attach a screenshot as evidence,

he is already famous for being a vicious troller in the enlisted forum Korea

I think the management should definitely take action on the serial trollers.

I wonder if the operator can ban troll users who causing harm to other users.

That would be nice. I got repeatedly TK’d by someone yesterday – also with a flamethrower, incidentally. People should automatically get booted from the match after their 2nd TK.

the dev team is horrible about listening to realistic complaints. Hopefully they will change soon but as of now, they just want to grow a game with content. theyve shown that they dont care what the players ask for
