Power plant feels like there’s no real places to put rallies where they’re safe, Meaning you are kinda forced into placing them behind tank wrecks and such which often ends in them being blown up by bombers/arty

In some of the points, you can often sneak rally point inside the large buildings.
You can also build them inside of the train and in bunkers which make them quite safe.
Correct me if I am wrong but I assume that you are speaking about the map form Normandy (Or maybe I am just dumb and it is a completely different map)

I hate that map with passion. Basically all vehicles are useless, stupid open points, doesnt feel like ww2, bots shoot you throught the steam effect ehen you cant see them, only flamers and smgs are effective and the attacker has no cover in the first points

Yes it is Norm’s power plant.
The only issue is the train is near the enemy attackers. I’m speaking more so for the defenders, The attackers have alot of good places such as the train, Bunkers, and large buildings, Where as the defenders have a very limited place, Such as the end cap in the last building which leaves you with the wreck of a panzer III, The first point leaves you basically a truck to hind it behind, Or near the railway tunnel.
