I too have noticed this a LOT lately. My GUESS is that they are trying to slow people down from grinding out stuff for when the merge hits.
I for one think this is an annoying thing to be done, as I’m trying to get some time into Berlin to catch up with my buddies so I can run at their tier when the merge does hit and not be handicapped.

I get 10,000, no premium, no squads, no boosters, for a decently long match that we win and i do average for myself, 100-200 kills in 30 minutes, double that is 20,000 + premium 40k seems correct
And I’ve been getting 10k a game since i started when normandy was the newest

An old image from me when seelow first released with roughly the same stats and time frame as you. Use this as some sort of guideline for EXP gains back then to now…? Only used one premium squad that game and then stuck to f2p squads then ended in tank to finish the game. So that added premium squad exp shouldn’t be that much of an added difference.
(okay it’s not even remotely similar beyond kills and time, that might prove your point more)
You also have battle hero which adds another 1.5x to the xp gain, while he doesn’t have a battle hero award
oops sorry looks like I was right for the additional 1.5x more xp but it was because you won while he lost
Ah, well, a victory in its own right is 50% more exp… I think. So yeah, if they won they would have had maybe 65-70k+ experience.
Here’s mine back in the day with the same map and mode as your screenshot.
Stealth nerfing xp gains is just a despicable move knowing people will rush to grind for the best stuff before the merge.

so OP i did the math for you and if you have had won your match you would have 59,877 XP

With 1.5 win bonus and 1.5 battle hero bonus and premium account You should get around 1000xp/min of match, with score being top 1-3.
Premium squads helps with grind, but also extra squad slots, having 1000 score on 5 squads will give more xp than 5000 score on single squad. I’t like warthunders softcap but for each squad
