I know that people are cheating because they’re kicking people from the game regularly for doing so i’m just wondering if it’s more likely to encounter them in the higher tiers, I just seem to have a lot more WTF moments when I’m playing in the higher tiers than I’m playing in Tier 1 or Tier 2.

I think cheaters should be more likely in lower BRs, because losing a new profile does not hurt as much.
But to be fair they are so rare that its hard to say without official data.

In my experience, I’ve certainly encountered more situations like this in BR5, which is where things are more or less tougher, especially knowing how to exploit the capabilities of the weapons. However, what I’ve seen most often are things like enemy soldiers that you’ve clearly hit, but they simply aren’t even immobilized by the bullets, which relatively happens with about 2 to 5 SMG bullets and 1 or 2 from the SF rifles also, tanks that simply seem indestructible.

Yes I’ve seen the same thing Part of this I attribute to server lag.
For a while it was problem with aircraft I know that.
Battle Rating 5 is very different than one or two for sure, You just have a lot of laser accurate submachine guns running around zapping stuff constantly.
It’s much more of a frenzied meat grinder arcade game feal, Than battle rating one or two.
But this is where I notice more of things that would seem improbable but part of that could be attributed to the server lag that I’ve been experiencing lately as well.
Considering that br5 have more chance to see long time player then you will most likely find people who have skill that might be just a bit higher than you than in br2 or 3 since those were the new player and most player area. If you know what i mean.
what im trying to say is that where average player are and br5 is where random player are.
It could also be the developers with the magic codes XD, I remember that speculation was quite prevalent even before the merge
They can be anywhere…I just don’t get the point, you don’t win anything substantial in game.
Don’t confuse skill with cheating. Grinding out all nations to BR5 with all your gear and soldiers being top tier takes a lot of time. In that time you develop a lot of behavior that generates points at every opportunity. You know where spawns are, you know the direction the planes come from, you know dropping 200 mortars shells on a cap when you are attacking can equal 1000’s of points. I could go on and on but I doubt there are a ton of cheaters player higher BR’s. Why would you risk the grind? That is months of playing to get to BR5.
To be honest, I haven’t seen much skill here yet. In fact, a lot of players here rely on factors other than skill—latency, for one. Then there’s the map, bug exploits, auto-aim, anti-recoil, gray zone camping, and so on. These days, bullets are whizzing right past your head the moment you spawn.

Yeah with the introduction of all of these behind the Lines squads pretty much everywhere is Free fire Zone, I’ll admit that they’re fun but I’m not entirely convinced that they’re good for the game
