Just played some Berlin for the first time, i always get instand matches as a filler, everyone throwing explosives around and the bad hit rigistration seems to be even more noticeable.
Just not so happy about that first impression.

Before you go ahead and make anymore “Is X / Y Campaign underpopulated”, I want you and the whole playerbase to understand that “population” of certain faction / side is 100% dependent on the following 3 and ONLY 3 factors :
- How bored the top 5% of the players are.
- What the top 5% of the players are currently grinding.
- Ingame events.
THAT IS IT.

Well, it depends, when I play Berlin I usually do it at night, since that’s when there are more players from the axis.
I believe it’s not as bad as Moscow Axis.
Impossible play Berlin now.
I always enter the game with one or two control points already lost.
In axis you always will play with bots, and in the allies always real players.
So, you join in a game loosing control points and this game will end in less then 5 minutes.

at least before i did find at least 2 other player, now it seems every single game it only all bots team.
I lost interest in Berlin myself. I was really hyped for the stg44 in there… But they released the mp43 instead (I would even have accepted a lazy mp43 with stg44 for a name) and they nerfed it immediately because reason? I had my fun playing both Soviets and Axis here, but ppsh41 and fg42II spam got old.

For me it felt over all wrong as well, there just a bunch of differen reasons comming together and i got 1500 games in total but only 5 in berlin. 
I play Axis Berlin random only when I am mentally prepared to get steamrolled and I just want to enjoy the current MP43 in a street based campaign.
I dont need to win every match and I never leave a match just for the purpose of having a high win quote. It just doesnt bother me. But to lose cap zones to the enemy just because you are in the back, preparing rally points is frustrating. I know it can happen in every campaign but Berlin is the cherry on top because mostly you have a lot of bots it seems.

And how would you prompt an MM since no one here has a clear answer while some has been proposed though literally the simplest option is to entice players to actually play that side (whatever also funny is I’ve got a friend that has a 90% WR as Moscow axis and be is around lvl 24)
Eheheh it’s good humor.
In Berlin, one side starts with civilian militia armed with jurry rigged last ditch weaponry, while the other has access to great things from the very beginning, they even have FUNCTIONAL body armor negating 10% damage… It equalize a bit for axis once they get their hand on the fg42II, but it’s so high lvl most aren’t masochist enough to last that long.
In Moscow it’s a bit more manageable, but again one side in particular got better things, earlier lvl. Best example is ppsh41 vs… beretta with 20 ammo magazine. I’m not a dev so I don’t know what was the reason of doing that, but it’s ridiculous.
No wonder the most populous campaign is now Stalingrad. In here BOTH side have great stuff, fun, and at the same campaign lvls! Kv is 
(and mains whine about the mkb…)

i’m pretty sure that it’s 10% off of pistol rounds making it pretty useless, rightfully so, against anything else
agreed, i have more fun solo queue in stalingrad than in any other campaign and i started having fun when the sniper spam went away

cuck matchmaker. coz a player can literaly queue 30 seconds after you and be on a full human match and you playing alone on yours just because…
every campaign its literally the same for me, besides tunisia that just make me boring to dead.
no issues finding humans in matches
no issues having “decent” matches.
no issues winning or loosing matches.
berlin its the same as ever was everyday for me.
there is no “everyone is grinding A B or C campaign bullshit”. how can one possible know where everyone is playing when the fucking matchmaker can place you on a bot match and fill other one at the same time? exacly same time?
it takes (as average) 30 seconds for me to find a match on EU servers, if you queue few seconds after, you wont join my game just because of matchmaker strong code lmao and you will be put on a diferent group.
during that 30 second matchmaking:
we cant know the number of current games
we cant know the number of active batles
we cant know the number of soldiers just messing around changing weapons or perks on that campaign
we cant know because there is no avaiable public data - keyword - PUBLIC DATA.
the issue is, and will always be matchmaker. deciding its better for everyone to have a match in 30 seconds than wait a few more to fill a game.
THEN, if the game is filled, someplayers dont want conquest (like me) , or assault, or defences (also me latelly) and they leave for another one, what the remaining soldiers get? bots replacing them, and matchmaker is incapable to fill a empty slot.
