Could be a movie prop.
so it’s an oversized Panzer IV G.
but the turret is actually smaller and the barell longer 
?
don’t wanna be the loader, nor the gunner, or even the commander for working in such crumpted place.
It has an American suspension, so I’m assuming the only “real” part of it is the suspension, engine, and etc so that it can move, while the turret and everything else is just a detailed mockup. So the prop theory.

Seems a Sherman suspension, then a fake German Tank built over it, probably for some movie.

Looks like a mix of pz.IV E and F2.
Looks so weird tho.
It has American suspension on what looks like a panzer 3 b hull with panzer 4 turret
