You get weapon orders twice as fast if thats what you are pointing to
Look closer and remember what was said about silver gain
I think just first ones we get faster, i also had one after less than 50k.
But then it’s “fixed” at 50k as they said it would be.
Play more matches and see

Got my first silver troop order with 29k exp match. That was my first match.
We peasants have to grind twice as much but were used to hard labor 
Fancy prem players thinking its an grind pffff
All I can say at first moment I had hope that Darkflow/Gaijin changed their minds and made it easier for players with reducing grind in half for silver orders, but later I saw this so…
… all hope went into abyss
This is what I meant:
@BandytaJeden quickly got it and told me that this is only for first battle, after that it all went into 25000 xp for weapon and 50000 xp for troops, but at first I had hope…
