Such ammo was used by many nations in WW 2 Japan used it for its Type 99 LMG and Soviets Used it with their snipers Simo Häyhä was injured by such bullet.

Japan used a lot Used 7.7mm and 12.7mm incendiary and explosive rounds, frequently filled with white phosphorus or PETN high explosives.

Soviet Union also used Utilized 7.62mm and 12.7mm rounds (such as the PZ incendiary bullet) for sniper rifles and aircraft armament.

Great Britain: Heavily utilized .303 and .50 caliber incendiary rounds. In 1939, they developed the highly effective “De Wilde” (Mk VI) incendiary bullet, which ignited on impact and was later copied and refined by the United States.

So it will be nice to see them in game. Also Germany used them so yeah it can be nice addition to all factions.

Germany used white phosphorus extensively in their 7.92mm “B-Patrone” (Beobachtungs-Patrone, or observation bullets). These rifle-caliber bullets were primarily issued to snipers. Upon hitting a target, the phosphorus would ignite and produce a bright flash and white smoke, allowing the shooter to spot where their round landed.
