Infantry premium squads need more changes.

I’d like to offer some improvement options.

  1. The number of people in infantry premium squads must be functionally matched to that of regular squads.

  2. Premium squad weapons must be usable by regular squad members.

  3. Each premium squad member can use it in a normal squad (unless the premium weapon is detachable).

Using premium weapons (or with premium soldier) in regular squad without XP bonus.

System changed that some of old premium squads can be added an engineer.

However, this alone is not enough.

4-5 squad members can be eliminated very quickly.

Prior to OBT, all premium squads could be used like regular squads.

The problem was P2W because premium squads had fully upgraded weapons.

Most of players didn’t have upgraded weapons.

How about now?

Unlocked full upgrade weapons are just as good as premium ones.

Premium weapons are no better in terms of performance.

What are the advantages of premium squads? Do you just get a little more experience?

Many players can purchase premium squads based on their weapon taste.

And I am one of them.

I unlocked all level of factions in campaigns.

And I’ve been arguing on this topic ever since OBT was released.

If the developer maintains the current stance.

Infantry premium squads cannot be recommended except for the airborne troops, etc.

Think price. Is it worth it?

There is definitely no attractive part for old users.

When I want to buy something, I can also recommend it to others.

Do not forget it.

The final element of the appearance is the weapon.

Developers are missing out on too many potential customers right in front of them.

Devs are avoiding this as if it was fire because they don´t want the game to turn into unplayable pay to win trash.
I would by happy if we could get some limited way of only buying premium weapon or appearance but any way of implementing must be done carefully.

Totally agree with you.
We have to receive our rights what we paid for.

Imo premium inf squads should look like this:

  • The composition is the same as f2p squads.

  • You can change tech tree of the squad for free at any time (so I can change sniper slot to MG slot etc).

  • You get 3-4 specialists (assault squad gets assaulters etc).
    They may or may not be removable but that’s for another discussion.

  • The rest of the soldiers in the squad work as normal.
    They get extra exp from being in a prem squad.

  • No engineer with LMG as primary etc BS

  • Unlocks cosmetics to buy for other squads (?)

I would argue the main issue were 7 Assaulters.
