Nice to have the option to set a formation for infantry. It would be even better if the option could be embellished to reflect more authentic formations of the period e.g.:
a) Extended Line (line abreast)
b) Arrowhead
c) Single File
d) Double file
e) Diamond
Add an option for close or wide, and I believe we could see some real good tactics and action that would look and feel nicely authentic.
Adding an option for some simple fire orders would be welcome. e.g.
a) Fire at will
b) Hold fire / stealth mode
c) ‘Watch & Shoot’ - (cover an area designated by active player and only fire when enemies are in that ‘arc’)
d) Rapid fire
e) Deliberate fire (slower rate than rapid)
