There are several rifles in the game that have big problems with competitiveness. These are the Carcano 1891 rifles (including the sniper rifle), the M41, the K 98 Kriegsmodel, the Type 99 late, and the Mosin 1907.
I propose the following:
Increase the rate of fire of the Carcano rifles to 65, making them slightly faster than the Mauser rifle. After all, in addition to the reduced rate of fire, they have lower damage, which drops significantly with distance, and the slowest bullet speed.
The K 98 Kriegsmodel rifle should be brought at least to the level of the simple K 98. It has the same rate of fire as the current Karkano, which is a catastrophic 52 against 62. However, it lacks a bayonet and has a worse spread.
The Type 99 late rifle should have its rate of fire increased to 55. Type 99 early raise rate of fire to 60-62.

At the moment, these are rifles that are heavily inferior to single-level rifles.
