I think reward must be more than 20 exp.150 exp maybe.

Reward is you win and get 2x multiplier to experience.

Who will take the points if it’s better to wait for an ally to take them?This ally will think for the other and so on.There should be competition for capturing a point!

But you still get most experience on point, for killing enemies there you have a bonus. Its crusial for both sides for a win, soo there will always be someone to kill there.
Tbh when i play objective i have most kills of all players just because enemy is always there and will want to defend in order to win.
Soo objective doesnt give you much of EXP, but you get much better Exp when playing objective because thats where most players are, soo you can rack up your kills, get bonus for kills on objective soo even if you dont get experience from it, you are much better in terms of experience thanks to that objective is center of game.

Idk why you not want take more exp for true game?Or you camp on tank in grey zone?
I play point in every battle, i got high rewards for it, soo why should i want to change something?
20 points is not XP, that is score.
We do not know exactly how XP is calculated for capturing points (surely it is bigger than score).
