As concealment the smoke generated by grenades thrown by soldiers, those available on tanks, mortar shells and even the plumes generated by smoke artillery make for terrible concealment in the vast majority of situations to the point that there is no use case for them in comparison to using smoke shells that only a select few tanks have access to. Therefore the above should have a larger area covered by their smoke in order to actually work as concealment.
