Increase cappoint size

To stop people getting 5+ kills with one grenade on a capzone and to reduce the clusterfuck of people meleeing around randomly, as well as people hiding in the 2nd floor of the building, it would be nice to increase the area of capzone quite a bit.

Speaking about the floor of the building, if the cap was in the second floor being on the first floor doesn’t affect it from what I’ve seen.

A good practice is to hide your AI soldiers in a nearby room and heading into the cap solo, as as far as I noticed, the ammount of soldiers in the cap doesnt affect the capture speed much, if at all.

Sure, this however doesnt solve the problem its just a workaround

Some capture points are as large as entire barns and even then you can get 5+ kills with well-aimed grenades as those group kills are not because of cap points, but because of AI clustering toghetter. It is the player who leads them into the marked areas which are grenade magnets.

Yes, and there are ones the size of a pancake, I’m not talking about the big ones

The only ones I could think off that are somewhat small are the ones in the invasion mode, but those suffer more from the long capture time than anything.

EVERY cap in invasion is too small

I with increasing the cap size for those points as long as the player amount in it won’t affect capture speed, if its to remain as is an increase to cap speed would be the other way around I’m more for the first one as would at least make it possible to take a defensive position in that cap area & allow more options of movement to the attacker while capping.
