Pacific and Normandy should have the same clothing as both campaigns didnt happen during Winter. As you can see here, Pacific has Normandy clothing but Normandy doesnt have Pacific clothing. This should also apply to Germany whereas Moscow clothing should also apply in both Battle of the Bulge and Stalingrad campaigns.

Appearences are totally bugged anyway.
The outfit that you select in the menu, you will probably not be wearing in the battle.

Definitely not.
There were no marines camos during invasion of Normandy. Terrible idea.

Forgot to also mention that they were fought on different sides of the world by two different branches of the U.S. military. Why would army soldiers be running around in France with marine jungle camo??

Nope. German uniform of 1941 was not the same as in 1944-45.
Not to mention that new camo designs like dot 44 were introduced by then.
