If I were to buy a helmet for 60 gold, would I be able to apply it to all other soviet soldiers that can have it, or can it only be applied to one soldier?

i dont remeber if its for the whole squad or only for the single soldier, but its not global (aka wearable from squad to squad)
I dont think you can. You have to buy them separately. Makes sense from a business stand point, makes a lot more money

And the pants and outfits also cost more than gloves/helmets.

0.6 for a cosmetic, that cannot be applied to any other unit? Thats absurd, just compare it to decal or 3d decoration prices in war thunder - and those apply to ALL VEHICLES

Well the cosmetics aren’t universal for most squad types. It would be nice if they were able to make the items which are used by everyone (heads, gloves) universal.
I’m hoping that when cosmetics are ported to all campaigns they also add more ways to get cosmetics tickets. I don’t mind that it is somewhat restrictive though, most people being limited to using it on a handful of soldiers sounds better than everyone having Soviet body armor or SS camouflage.

With the burning sky update, cosmetics are not tied anymore to squads,
They are global.
Problem is, you still need to buy multiple of them if you want to use them on more than one soldier
Unfortunately, even if you purchase one, you cannot make it wear to more than one soldier.

I’m glad to read they at least removed the squad exclusive thing, it’s a baby step in the right direction.
Still overpriced to outfit a complete squad however. As it is now, it’s seriously not worth the money.
Especially with all those clipping problems…

You can equip it on another soldier as long it isn’t equiped on a soldier.
As for vehicle stickers for example a German one can be used on all campaigns as long it isn’t equiped.
Also. There is a away to make them oversized to a point it’s pathetic.
I m still messing around with most of them. But oversized ones can make sick camos covering a full tank for ex.
