In response to the new update (making enlisted a better place)

Simple suggestion but it requires a fair amount of work. With all the recent changes to weapons and equipment within the research tiers this would be a simple recommendation to keep things more simplistic easy to understand and cleaner especially for newer players when the steam launch happens.
Suggestion being, take all the items that were moved and are up or down tiered and move them to their proper tier within the tree. Even if things have to be foldered in.

The m1 Garand for example, it is tier 3 but in the tech tree it is tier 4. The more items that get moved around in tiers, The sloppier things look and the harder it is to understand for new players what they’re clear goal will be.

It was already stated in the past that they will not change the research tree unless it is a change pertaining to adding new equipment. I think if we get more equipment moved to different battle tears within the tree we need to have something to reflect within the research tree for all these changes.

Equipment tier change per fraction----
Western allies: 11 items currently
USSR: 4 items currently
Germany: 18 items currently
Japan: 4 items currently

They really need to just scrap this system for the tree and change it to BRs and Tiers or something like WT

It happened

The steam launch was very short-lived. For those that have it on steam have it, but for those that don’t they don’t. There was a lot of complications and issues with the steam launch so they had to delay it yet again. It had something to do with the game trying to link to war thunder servers.

Yeah, steam release obviously didn’t happened. Only failed attempt of early access for steam.

It is only showing that early access format was a good decision.

Hopefully we’ll get proper steam release sooner than later.

But… Why not post this as a response in that thread?

I realize it was polluted with nonsense, but this post still belongs there

Because I’m not a steam user, I only showed the screenshot to show it’s not currently launched on steam like DF wanted. But yes another good reason would be the amount of nonsense, A lot of people see a game don’t like one thing about it and then decide to review bomb. Without mentioning another franchise from another company, you get all sorts of interesting yet sad reasons for people review bombing or saying downright unfair things.

A part of my idea here encompassed consolidation, which would really mainly apply to the Germans and anywhere else in the other tech trees. You wouldn’t have to remove anything just folder the necessary things that need to be foldered and move things to where they would belong to kind of keep things clear and concise for the new players. That would also open up a possibility for later equipment at that tier if they ever eventually add anything, without it further looking like a mess and only confusing new players more.

I’m still lost.

You made a post that was so specifically a response to an existing thread that you said it in the title.

So… just respond to that thread and, you know, act like a normal person.
