As of now the pilotka cap has some problems; the khaki and brown colors are missing, it doesnt fit properly on a number of head models and is missing options that are tilted to the right side.
Additionally the pilotka cap was introduced in 1935 and therefore should be in the default pool of customization for all campaigns.

Apart from the straight pilotkas we have in the game there should be an option for ones that are tilted to the right side which was the standard way of wearing them in WW2:
