With the new mechanics of the MGs, now the best option to use the MGs is using the bipod, but the bipod has several bugs that need to be corrected and more so now that this new mechanic is planned to be implemented.

Agree, mg34/42 are truly disappointments withaut
And lower Random Bullet Deviation, even higher it’s recoil therefore but when you’re bullets fly around your enemies in aim down sights it can really suck.
Hopefully they add a similar one to heroes and generals where the bipod automatically deploys and sticks to a certain location. Because the current system is just broken…and for this reason i hardly use the bipod.

Yes for H&G like bipod system.
Buy imo you gave the wrong reason 
I say wrong because
a) it’s not the most important one
b) bipods don’t auto deploy there

Fuck wait what ? but i remember going prone and them just kind of sticking to the ground mind i haven’t played the damn game in years they kind of fucked it so hard it wished it was born female.
Maybe deploy button is binded to prone button by default. I can’t tell though as I always rebind everything.
or maybe it was deployed when you clicked right mouse ? ill have to launch the game again and have a look
