Improve perk "add fire rate while using bolt action rifle"

What I mean is that this expertise is now easily misunderstood, and it would be strange if it were only targeted to bolt action rifles. We now have revolvers, lever action, and pump action weapons in our game, all of which are manually operated. But if soldiers can improve the firing speed of bolt action rifles in this specialty, why can’t it improve these fire rate while using these types firearms, and even those soldiers who need manual trigger structures to single fire weapons in the future? My suggestion is to change this specialization to ‘Improving Soldiers Shooting rate while using Manual Fire Weapons’, which can prevent future misunderstandings and the versatility of this perk.
