BR3 semi autos should be clip fed if they have a 10 round ammo capacity. The SVT-38 is the only outlier and should be brought in line with the other weapons at BR3. Why nerf the SVT instead of buffing everything else? Because BR4 Rifles, even in the terrible position they are in, need a reason to exist which isn’t present if BR3 rifles are just as good. There’s not a single reason to ever use the SVT-40 when playing as Soviets

I was looking purely at TT weapons due to that being the main part being discussed.

Doesn’t change that it is a needed step between BR2 and BR4 semi autos. BR3 Semis can not be on the same exact level as BR4 semis without invalidating that entire category of weapons.

you mean 2 five round clips, again if 6 rounds is br2 then 8 is br3 and ten without clips is br4 unless you want to move a certain italian semi auto to br3 with the garand

If you want BR3 to only feature rifles that load with two clips, then you need to make the M1 Garand load with two clips too. Then everything will be fair.

I think the Garand is an excellent rifle. The Garand and SVT are the best rifles in BR3. The lack of two rounds doesn’t spoil this picture at all. And I think the Garand and SVT shouldn’t be ruined, but rather given to other factions something competitive.

yes the garand is fine against the type 4 and the g41
the garand is not equal to the g43 or ten round magazine fed bp japanese rifle

then you wouldnt mind moving the br2 axis semi auto to br3 its only 2 rounds

its also a 3.3 second reload garand vs 2 second g43

either the g43 needs to go up to 4 seconds or the garand need to go to 1.5 second if both share br3

i favor a symetrical balance
like the us with 45 cal smgs, the often suffer from smaller mags or lower rates of fire, or accuracy, not every gun has to be one for one so long as a gun has strengths to balance weaknesses

just like the g43 has more bullets in the mag if the garand can load faster it would have a strength to cover its weakness
so nerf the g43 to 2.5 seconds and move it to br3
and buff the garand to 2 seconds so its reload still looks correct
