After putting one of my soldier in the reserve and have put him back in the active, the helmet become a calot. It wouldn’t be a problem if my whole squad did not wear only caps…
Give the possibility to choice if our character wear a helmet or a caps
You can fix it. Just swap with other soldier back and forth until your soldier gets back his helmet. All of my soldiers have helmets, I can’t stand someone going to war in hat lol.

I’ve tried but doesn’t work 
You have to hit OK when you swap, then appearance of soldiers will change for the swapped one. Repeat until you get the guy with hat in helmet.
