Basically the same. They’re not some unique bubble of special individuals.

from what we have been told by the russian community,
they often switch to the ENG/world wide community because they feel Neglected and equally ignored 
so no, they don’t have more power than us.
just a managed democracy ( no, not getting political, just on board with the youth memes ) for both parties and the people aren’t in command.
but that’s fine.
as they said:
