The Uragan does 5.6 damage compared to the PPS42 at 6.7. Also, The PPS42 has slightly less recoil than the PPS43 and appears to be a bit more accurate because of thisā€”at least to me.

My mistake! I just realized that the Uragan that I have isnā€™t upgraded, which is why itā€™s showing lower damage. Thanksā€¦

There actually is a rare event PPS42 that has 0.1 more damage - enough to kill in two shots against vitality in close range, but yeah other than that all Soviet SMGs deal under 6.8 damage.
