I'm angy because I had to spend 9000 Silver to replace the Urugan for BR II

Thanks, Mister Developers. :unamused:

It was needed though. The Uragan was far too overpowered for BR II. I don’t even know why it was added, being a one off weapon. I always found the PPS-43 better anyway.

They should have buffed it, it’s completely useless in BR3 now.

That’s what I used in this match, didn’t notice much of a difference. I liked the sights on the Urugan. Plus, all BR II SMG’s are better than Germany’s.

The funny thing is, since it was based heavily off the MP 40, the one source I found said the Uragan (not actually it’s name, it was called something else) had 550 rpm, or MP 40 fire rate. So had the devs stuck to reality, the Uragan and PPS-42 could’ve stayed, and the PPS-43 could’ve gone up to BR III.

Well, I consider the PPS to be balanced. The PPS 43 has a good RoF, but the damage and recoil make it not very good at long range, the Beretta is a solid and good weapon.

I’ve noticed compared to Axis SMGs, the damage drop off is quite aggressive for Soviet SMGs. I do like Axis SMGs for that fact - they’re the only ones that can be used out to mid-range effectively.

Other than the M38 in BR I, I actually find the Berettas to be slightly underpowered. In BR II, I prefer the MP 40 since it has 5.8 damage and mainly the 70% recoil control which works wonders. And in BR III, I prefer the MP 35 since you can’t win against Soviets in RPM, but you can in hit power.

Yes, this is something people often overlook, Soviet SMGs look like toys at long range. Also, the M1A1 is useless at long range due to its high dispersion. But people think everything is RoF

I suggest you give them another chance, they’re a lot of fun if you don’t mind their terrible sound. I don’t use them much myself though, because I don’t have an Italian Assaulter Squad!

I just find it useless in general because of the sights. It tend to hipfire out at longer ranges than other SMGs because the sights are so cramped. Still, they’re better than the other 2 Thompsons…

That’s one of the main reasons I don’t. It actually depends on how I feel on the day too. Somedays I just need a weapon that can spray, such as the M38 40 round, or somedays if the turtles are prevalent I’ll take the MP 35 because of the hitpower.

I also generally use the event MP35 and the m1918. It’s been a while since I touched the German BR3, since I sold all my G41s in gambling.

That was a really nice gun. I only have 1 though…hope it comes back.

If you stick to a BR you enjoy and don’t buy / upgrade any weapons, you can easily make 80,000 silver within 2 weeks. Plus, it doesn’t mean making sacrifices.

I use the Assaulter in the Italian Engineer squad other than that, I have no other Beretta 38s, (besides my “Italian” Tankers”

Well I’ve grinded almost all the countries and have decent combinations in BR2 and 5 Germany, BR2, 3 and 5 USA and USSR. I just like to save my silver for boxes, that’s why I didn’t buy the G41 again.
I have 500k now, I hope I get a good paratrooper this time!

I used it when if first came out but never fell in love with it, but I have always preferred the PPS-42. It doesn’t shoot as fast, but it has always been fast enough for me and for some reason, I am more accurate with it. The only Uragans I still had were with my two attacker pilots, so I sold them and gave them PPS-42’s

You sold them for silver to
gamble? :joy:

They should have just never introduced it in the first place.

The whole point of pps 42/43 i feel was picking 42 for slower fire rate and ease of control and 43 for faster… so just add a middle ground? Unneeded.

does not compare to introduction of AVT-40 20.

But I hear you.

How so? Its still better than many BR3 guns
