upgrade IL-2 and skip Pe-3? or save it for Pe-3? since seeing full turn time and lack of arsenal on plane fighting i got my doubts.

Stick to the IL2. You cannot dive bomb whatsoever with a PE3. It is very kind of bad. Its not manuverable, has a worse armament

Pe-3 are shit.
IL 2 better.
In defense of the Pe-3, I can only say one thing, its machine guns are fantastically powerful and destroy a stuka in seconds (unlike useless guns and IL-2 machine guns).In other IL 2 better than Pe-3.
