OMG, so many new players occupy the vehicle slots and…
Some are AFK, some use tanks/planes to tour the map…
Each side only has 2~3 active vehicle limits. Please dont waste vehicle limit!
You can tour the map later when your team is certainly winning, or your team has few humans. And test vehicles in the Practice mode plz.

Well it will be a very long joney to hit allied tanks with random scope and 6 min cd 
This is to be expected with the influx of new players, let them enjoy the game.
The AFK Timer unless changed from CBT is rather short, so whilst they may be sitting still they’re likely tweaking settings.
