I’ve seen players do this quite often and it really winds me up:
When people do this it means if I want medkits I’ve got to find the right angle to get the prompt to take them which can take forever. I will never understand why people do this isn’t not helpful at all.

Probably the guy was building the ammo and the other guy randomly came and threw their badges box before it finished lol

Possibly but I’ve seen this behaviour on lots of occasions.
Ive only ever seen it once, but yeah that sucks. Though at least you have teammates building ammo which is rare enough as is.
I do this a lot back then when I was still on low br lol. I still drop medkits around the point now, so thanks for using them. 
Its funny when people build spawns in the attic and the bots get stuck up there, sometimes you find an enemy spawn like this and can chuck a nade up there.
The only solution is to dismantle the ammo box, leave the medkit, and then have your teammates build another ammo box nearby.
I hate roof spawns on top of the train station.
